Rental Management Package

Ensuring smooth running of your property rental during peak and off peak rental periods. We prepare your property ready for guests arrival and provide a meet and greet service.

Service fee:

  • 20% of any rent arranged by us.
  • 0% of any rent arranged and collected by the owner.

How it works:

You provide us the details of your property, rental instructions, rates and conditions and provide access to your property. We take all the pictures and advertise your property at no cost to you. Guests send us inquiries and we would normally respond within half an hour. We negotiate rent and deposit according to your instructions and close the deal. When agreed, we will collect rental deposit on full rentals instructed by you and credit it to your client account with us. You let us know when and how much to withdraw from your client account to your bank account.

  • No set up fee , no obligations. You still can continue marketing your property yourself without commission on your own bookings.
  • Cleaning, laundry and item rentals at discount price.
  • Collection/returning of deposit (less damages if applies).
  • Email and telephone support for your guests.
  • Airport transfer arrangement for your guests.

Your responsibilities.

We don`t ask you to pay for advertising and allow you to advertise your property yourself and pay no commission on guests found by you. We would like to ask you to read a few simple rules that we have made. This is done to protect your guests, avoid double bookings and maintain good image of your holiday let.

  1. Our calendar is the only valid calendar of your property rentals.
  2. You must let us know before taking any deposit for your property yourself and send us email with your request about ability for those dates. Without it we will continue advertise your property for those dates as you have not reserved for your own lettings.
  3. In case of double booking our client has a priority and you have to make alternative arrangements with your guests or cancel your own booking.
  4. If you let us know before taking any booking we will stop marketing your property for those dates unless later cancelled by you.
  5. As we invest in marketing of your property you allow us to rent it for at least 12 months.
  6. If you don`t want us to let your property for certain time (for example: November till February), simply let us know and we will mark it on calendar as unavailable.
  7. You can reserve your property for yourself for several months during 12 months period and we still continue market your property free of charge for the remaining time on the above conditions.
  8. If you cancel any provisional or confirmed bookings, please let us know. Failure to inform us will result in loss of rent revenues.
  9. Let us know of any of your confirmed booking, and also number of people coming and arrival/departure times. This is to make sure any departing guests vacate your property in time for your arrivals. But you are not obliged to do so.
  10. If possible, let us book transfer from/to airport for your clients.

Additional services at discount price:

  • Welcome pack according to your instructions at cost price:

tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, bread, butter, eggs, vine, fruits, etc. Recommended budgets – €25

  • Laundry collection and drop of (if required) – €3.50
  • Cleaning €10 per hour (if required).
